I cannot recommend CJ Ball highly enough . I was let down by a stonemasons that suddenly stopped trading , it was most upsetting as they did not let me know and added unnecessary stress during an emotional time. I contacted C J Ball and the lovely Deb there just took over everything for me . The communication and finished product are exactly what I needed during a difficult time. My brother and myself were made very comfortable when we went to make arrangements for a family 🪦 ⚰️ and we were met by Debbie with a lovely smile,and made sure we had all the information for the headstone and the cost of everything that we asked for,Debbie made sure that all the wording was right and even corrected the spelling mistake lol, we picked a granite with gold lettering and nothing was rushed we were kept up to date with everything by Debbie herself,all will words that I wrote for the headstone went on very well,Debbie made sure it did,we had all the receipts by emails sent to us,I'm so happy with it all it made me cry because Dad AND OUR GRANDPARENTS waited 30 yrs for the headstone,we as a family says a big thank you to Debbie and her team at CJ Balls on tinny hill,a big thank you to Debbie.
