From start to finish a professional approach from the Team
The workmanship is exceptional. The memorial stone is perhaps the most important element, as it will be continually viewed over the coming decades. Definitely the closing of this chapter we were hoping for.

We were very happy with the service from Deb at C J Ball, she was extremely caring and dealt with all our queries efficiently.
She kept in touch with us through the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

I cannot recommend CJ Ball highly enough . I was let down by a stonemasons that suddenly stopped trading , it was most upsetting as they did not let me know and added unnecessary stress during an emotional time. I contacted C J Ball and the lovely Deb there just took over everything for me . The communication and finished product are exactly what I needed during a difficult time. A very professional and empathetic company .

Thank you to Deb and the team at CJ Ball Memorials for completing the perfect memorial by adding my late Uncles' details to the Family Gravestone in Barry Cemetery. Such a joy to deal with a local company that updates you every step of the way and takes pride in its work. Highly recommended.

I was extremely happy with the service I received for CJ Ball. Deb talked us through the process so we were aware of time line cost and permissions needed. Deb was very professional and made the process simple for us. Would suggest anyone who needs this service to give her a ring and have a chat with her. The price was reasonable as well. Thanks Deb for your help and patience with us.

We were taken excellent care of by Deborah in Barry. The service was excellent and all our issues delt with very professionally. Great patience was given while we all made decisions on the final choice of headstone and surround.
